Welcome to Golden Asia Vacation. By accessing and using our website (https://gavtnt.com) or making a booking through us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. These terms outline the responsibilities, expectations, and rights between you (the Customer) and Golden Asia Vacation (the Company). Please read them carefully before confirming any travel arrangement with us.

1. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to images, graphics, text, videos, design, and code, is the intellectual property of Golden Asia Vacation unless otherwise stated. You may view, download, and print portions for personal, non-commercial use only.

Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any part of the site is prohibited without written consent from Golden Asia Vacation.

2. Booking Terms

When booking a tour or travel service with Golden Asia Vacation, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information.
• Make full payment by the due date.
• Comply with all visa, travel, and health requirements relevant to your destination.

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment and are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you wish to cancel your tour, please notify us in writing via email. Cancellation fees apply based on the number of days prior to the tour start date:

• 60 – 30 days: 50% of total booking cost
• Less than 30 days or no-show: 100%

Please note:

• Refunds exclude any non-recoverable costs such as banking fees or third-party charges.
• No refunds are given once the tour has started or if services are not used voluntarily.
• Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected cancellations.

4. Tour Modifications & Cancellations by the Company

Golden Asia Vacation reserves the right to cancel or modify a tour for reasons including but not limited to:

• Low enrollment
• Natural disasters
• Political instability
• Airline or transportation disruptions
• Public health concerns or force majeure

If we cancel a trip:

• You may choose an alternative tour or receive a full refund.
• If the alternative tour is lower in value, we will refund the difference.
• If the alternative tour is higher in value, you must pay the price difference.

We are not liable for costs incurred outside of the tour package (e.g., visa fees, non-refundable flights, insurance).

5. Travel Requirements & Insurance

You are responsible for meeting all entry requirements (e.g., passport validity, visa, vaccinations). Golden Asia Vacation is not responsible for denied entry or delays caused by your failure to comply with such regulations.

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

• Trip cancellation
• Medical coverage
• Lost baggage
• Emergency repatriation

6. Limitation of Liability

Golden Asia Vacation acts as an agent for third-party suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, transport providers). We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expenses incurred due to actions or negligence of third-party service providers.

We are also not responsible for circumstances beyond our control, such as:

• Weather conditions
• Travel restrictions
• Strikes or unrest
• Technical failures

7. Amendments to Terms

Golden Asia Vacation reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are made implies your acceptance of the revised terms.
